Game's D3D11 renderer has bugs
The game doesn't officially support D3D11, but because it is a Unreal Engine 5 game it technically ships the D3D11 renderer. This code path has massive rendering bugs and isn't supported by the developers. Some people use it although.
Problems/Workarounds
Game's D3D12 renderer requires mesh shaders
This causes issues with Turnip as it doesn't support mesh shaders.
